Born in 1969 in Tashkent.

1992 - graduated from Tashkent Agrarian University, 1994 - the Moscow Diplomatic Academy of MFA of the Russian Federation.

1993-1997 - third secretary of Uzbekistan Embassy in the Russian Federation.

1997-2001 – second secretary of the Department of Political Analysis and Forecasting of MFA of Uzbekistan.

2001-2006 – second secretary of Uzbekistan Embassy in Pakistan.

2006-2007 – head of the Department of the MFA of Uzbekistan.

2007-2008 – deputy Secretary General of EurAsEC (Moscow).

2009-2012 – ambassador to Turkmenistan.

2012-2020 – ambassador to Azerbaijan.

2023 – present – Deputy Director of the International Institute for Central Asia for the Study of Political Studies and Regional Security Issues, as well as water and Environmental Studies.
