The sides exchanged views on the current state and further development of inter-parliamentary ties between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan, as well as prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation in various spheres through inter-parliamentary mechanisms.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of organising mutual visits and strengthening working contacts between committees, inter-parliamentary friendship groups and commissions of the parliaments of the two countries.
