- ensure cotton production in Turkmenistan in the appropriate volume in 2024, organizing the work of tenants, land users and landowners at a high level;

- place cotton seeds in etraps, taking into account soil and climatic conditions in accordance with the plan approved by the Ministry of Agriculture.

The document was signed in order to further increase the volume of cotton production based on the rational use of land, water, agricultural machinery and mineral fertilizers, and the high-quality implementation of agrotechnical measures.
