According to the decree of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon was awarded the Order "Duslyk" for his significant contribution to the development of cooperation between Tajikistan and Tatarstan, strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples. The Order "Duslyk" is considered the highest honour of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During his speech, Emomali Rahmon recalled the wide opportunities and resources for expanding co-operation between Tajikistan and Tatarstan, stressed the interest of our side in their fruitful use.

At the end of the speech, the leadership and the brotherly people of Tatarstan were expressed wishes for new achievements on the path of development, progress and further prosperity of this fertile land.
