A historic agreement!
Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Kazakhstan are establishing a joint logistics center in Turgundi on the Afghan-Turkmen border.
At the meeting, high-ranking representatives of the three countries discussed the expansion of trade and transit agreements and the possibility of applying preferential tariffs on mineral exports from Afghanistan.
