The agreement, signed by key representatives from both nations, focuses on developing digital infrastructure, e-government initiatives, and fostering entrepreneurship.

A major highlight is the planned establishment of a technology park in Tajikistan, supported by Freedom Bank, to boost startups and enhance the digital ecosystem. The MoU also includes plans for Freedom Bank to expand its digital financial products into the Tajik market.
