Boosting Climate Resilience in Turkmenistan
The UNDP, supported by the Green Climate Fund, has completed a week-long training for Turkmenistan's State Hydrometeorological Service. This session, part of the NAP project, aimed to enhance skills in climate data monitoring and analysis.
Led by international consultant Mustafa Arman, the training focused on improving weather forecasts and climate predictions. Maya Ashirova, UNDP/GCF NAP Project Manager, highlighted the importance of accurate weather information for disaster preparedness.
