Signed on November 13, 2024, in Baku, the agreement underscores the three nations’ commitment to advancing renewable energy initiatives and fostering regional energy cooperation.

This partnership paves the way for joint projects in clean energy production, modernization of energy infrastructure, and the expansion of sustainable electricity exports. Additionally, Aliyev has ratified the Charter of the Clean Energy Center of the Economic Cooperation Organization, signed in Ashgabat in 2021, further reinforcing international collaboration in the green energy sector.
