The President put forward a number of key initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation within the OTS.
Key initiatives:
✅ Proposed the creation of a strategic cooperation network among OTS member states in the field of artificial intelligence;
✅ Put forward an initiative to develop the concept of a “Digital Turkic Corridor Concept” linking regional data centers through high-speed communication channels;
✅ Announced plans to hold a Technology Forum in Tashkent with the participation of OTS member states;
✅ Proposed establishing a unified big data platform together with TURKSOY and the Turkic Academy to consolidate historical and cultural heritage;
✅ Advanced an initiative to promote the ideas of tolerance and enlightenment associated with the Yasawiyya order;
✅ Announced the organization of a Forum of Young Leaders and the International Youth Festival in Khiva within the framework of its status as the "Youth Capital of the Turkic World";
✅ Invited OTS member states to join the joint Uzbekistan–Kazakhstan Joint Venture Fund to support startups and AI development;
✅ Noted the full integration of the "E-Permit" electronic permit system between Uzbekistan and all OTS member states;
✅ Emphasized the need to digitalize customs and transit procedures and integrate digital logistics platforms;
✅ Proposed establishing an OTS climate risk monitoring system based on satellite data;
✅ Put forward an initiative to declare 2027 the "Year of Nature Conservation" within the OTS;
✅ Proposed the creation of a Turkic Alliance for Cybersecurity and Digital Infrastructure Protection.
