IICA Research Fellows Complete Fellowship Program in the U.S.
Leading Research Fellows of the International Institute for Central Asia, Kallibek Kamalov and Nodir Abdusattorov, have completed a research fellowship in the United States.

During the program, they held meetings at leading think tanks in Washington, including the Caspian Policy Center, the Atlantic Council, and the Carnegie Endowment, where they exchanged views on the current interregional agenda and on the development of expert engagement.

A separate track of the program featured meetings with Members of the U.S. Congress, including Senator Steve Daines and Representatives Trent Kelly, Carol Miller, and Vicente Gonzalez.

They also familiarized themselves with the work of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the United States and of the newly opened Consulate General in Seattle, Washington State
