The agreement will contribute to the development of research cooperation, capacity building, and expanded expert engagement between the two organizations.

In particular, it provides for the implementation of joint programs and specialized training courses aimed at enhancing the professional competencies of young IICA researchers.

The agreement marks the first document signed by IICA with an Estonian institution. The parties noted that the partnership will help combine their expert and educational potential, while also contributing to the development of interregional cooperation between Central Asia and the Baltic States.

The Estonian School of Diplomacy is a leading educational and training institution in Estonia, established in 1990 and specializing in the training of professionals in international relations, diplomacy, and foreign policy, as well as in the implementation of international educational and research programs.
