IICA Representatives Meet with Ivars Lasis, Under-Secretary of State-Political Director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia
A productive meeting took place between representatives from International Institute for Central Asia (IICA) and Ivars Lasis, Under-Secretary of State-Political Director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia.
