One of the main topics of the working meeting was the development of the region, in particular, the introduction of advanced technologies in agriculture, improvement of land reclamation, increasing the yield of cotton and wheat.

The Head of Halk Maslakhaty gave recommendations on agro-technical works, increasing cotton production, as well as quality control of construction of industrial and social facilities.

Special attention was paid to the issues of patriotic education of youth, holding events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Makhtumkuli Fraghi.
