He expressed confidence that the building of the Issyk-Kul of the SCNS Department in Karakol will contribute to the improvement of activities to ensure national security, territorial integrity, preservation of inter-ethnic harmony, strengthening the political and social stability of society.
«The regional departments of the SCNS fulfil the tasks assigned to them at the proper level. However, the task of the state is not only to assign all the responsibility to the security agencies, but also to create the necessary conditions that will help them clearly fulfil their duties. Security agencies are a reliable support for us,» S.Japarov said.
In order to improve the material and technical base of the Issyk-Kul Department of the SCNS and create the necessary conditions for the work of employees, the building with a total area of more than 2,000 square metres was completely renovated and an additional 544 square metres was built.
- Japarov noted that strengthening of security and observance of the rule of law in all spheres of state administration depends on the effective activity of law enforcement agencies.
