The President has called upon the country's diplomatic service to perform strategic functions that ensure peace and security, develop favourable conditions for the state's internal development, maintain an atmosphere of friendship and good-neighbourliness, and develop interstate partnerships.

In recent years, Turkmenistan has been increasing its diplomatic presence on the world stage by training and retraining Foreign Ministry staff, and expanding the number of embassies, consulates, and representative offices.

At the end of the congratulatory message, S. Berdimuhamedov expressed his gratitude for the work of the diplomatic service. He also wished the staff good health, prosperity, and continued professional success.
