The Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov Presented Sadyr Japarov with the Order "Duslyk" for his special merits in strengthening the international prestige of the Republic of Tatarstan, friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and foreign countries, other subjects of the Russian Federation, for his significant contribution to the development of economic, trade, scientific, technical, social, cultural relations and industrial potential, effective investment, charitable and public activities contributing to the prosperity of the Republic of Tatarstan.

President Sadyr Japarov in turn thanked Rustam Minnikhanov and noted that he considers the Order "Duslyk" as a sign of high respect for the Kyrgyz Republic. "Let this high award become another symbol of unbreakable friendship between Kyrgyzstan, Tatarstan and the Russian Federation" - said Sadyr Japarov.

The Order "Duslyk" is the second most important state award of the Republic of Tatarstan.
