The meeting discussed issues of bilateral and multilateral relations between Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia and ways to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries in various spheres.

It was stressed that in order to strengthen bilateral cooperation, the sides will use all available opportunities and mechanisms, and will organise a number of joint events and meetings this year.

The foreign ministers of Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia also exchanged views on topical international and regional issues, including the critical situation in Palestine.
