The credentials were presented by Ambassador Ibtissam Rakha Ahmed Hassan of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Ambassador Vladimir Jovicic of the Republic of Serbia, Ambassador Thomas Reisen of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Ambassador John William Gearing of Australia, Ambassador Hector Isidro Arenas Neira of the Republic of Colombia, and Ambassador Bashar Jafari of the Syrian Arab Republic.

Congratulating the diplomats on the official start of their mission, the head of state drew attention to Kazakhstan's peace-loving and constructive foreign policy.

"We want to closely interact and maintain good relations with all countries, first of all, with our nearest neighbours. I believe that great success awaits us on this path, and we will do our best to strengthen cooperation in a variety of areas, including economic cooperation, investment sphere and political dialogue. You can be sure that Kazakhstan will be your reliable partner in the international arena," the President said.

Kasym-Jomart Tokayev wished the ambassadors success, emphasising that they will be given full support from the Government of Kazakhstan in the course of their duties. He also conveyed best wishes and greetings to their heads of state.
