A long overdue milestone finally reached today!
Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and China have signed a crucial agreement for the construction of the transformative Uzbekistan—Kyrgyzstan—China railway project.

This historic initiative aims to bolster regional connectivity and trade, with the railway set to span from Kashgar to Andijan.

With an estimated annual cargo transportation of up to 15 million tons, this project promises to revolutionize transportation networks, reduce delivery times by up to 7 days, and create modern transit infrastructure along the route. Construction is slated to commence in October 2024, with initial estimates ranging from $6 billion to $8 billion, underscoring the scale and significance of this transformative initiative.
