Celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of the Republic’s independence were held in Tajikistan.
Two major facilities were inaugurated in Dushanbe ahead of the anniversary: the National Theatre and the National Stadium, designed to accommodate 30,000 spectators, which hosted a theatrical performance. The capital also held a ceremonial parade and a festive procession.
The celebrations also extended to the regions. A festive performance took place in the Rasht Valley, where new social facilities, including the renovated district airport, were commissioned to mark the anniversary.
