Honoring the Victims of Repression: A Tribute to Our Past
Today, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev led a solemn ceremony at "Shahidlar Hotirasi" Alley, where prayers and duas were offered in remembrance of over 1,200 victims of political repression.
Every year, this sacred tradition honors those who gave their lives in the struggle for independence and freedom.
At the very site where hundreds were unjustly taken down, the President joined others in prayer, reflecting on the heavy sacrifices made for the peace and liberty we now enjoy.
