President Mirziyoyev: “Uzbekistan’s GDP has surged to $115 billion — set to exceed $130 billion this year”
Over the past eight years, Uzbekistan’s GDP has reached $115 billion. According to the IMF, the economy is projected to surpass $130 billion in 2025 — an unprecedented milestone in the country’s history.

Industrial exports rose from $28 billion in 2016 to $62 billion in 2024.
Construction output last year reached $23 billion — four times higher than in 2016.
More than 500,000 apartments have been built in just eight years — four times the figure of the first 25 years of independence.
60 trillion soums were allocated for upgrading mahalla infrastructure, villages, and roads.
Student enrollment expanded from 279,000 to 1.5 million, raising higher education coverage to 40%.
Tourism exports jumped from $500 million to $3 billion.
IT exports reached $1 billion, a result few believed possible just 7–8 years ago.

President Mirziyoyev stressed that every achievement ultimately serves one purpose: uplifting human dignity and improving the quality of life for the people of Uzbekistan.
