Expert Forum “Enhancing the Korea-Central Asia Partnership: Shared Vision for the Future” to Be Held in Tashkent
On 26 November 2025, Tashkent will host the Korea-Central Asia Expert Forum, organized within the framework of long-term cooperation mechanisms between the Republic of Korea and the countries of Central Asia. The event is being held by the International Institute for Central Asia in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan.
The event will bring together representatives of leading think tanks from the Republic of Korea and Central Asian states, members of the diplomatic corps, experts from the academic community, as well as professors, lecturers, and young researchers.
During the forum, participants will discuss opportunities for deeper cooperation between the Republic of Korea and the countries of Central Asia, exchange views, and develop practical recommendations for the first “Central Asia + Republic of Korea” Summit, scheduled for 2026.
