During the event, the men of the Institute congratulated their female colleagues on the upcoming holiday and thanked them for everything they do for IICA.

In his remarks, IICA Director Javlon Vakhabov noted that Uzbekistan has implemented consistent reforms in recent years aimed at strengthening the role of women in public, political, and economic life.
As a result, the share of women in leadership and management positions has increased from about 20 percent in 2017 to 35 percent today.

To conclude the event, warm wishes for well-being and professional success were traditionally extended to the female employees, along with the presentation of commemorative gifts.
