The Ambassador of Türkiye to Uzbekistan to deliver a lecture at IICA
On April 9, 2026, the International Institute for Central Asia will welcome a lecture by H.E. Ufuk Ulutaş, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event is organized within the framework of the Institute’s program aimed at fostering expert dialogue and practical engagement with foreign diplomatic missions accredited in Uzbekistan.

The meeting will be held in the format of a “guest lecture” and will focus on the current stage of Uzbek-Turkish cooperation, key issues of Türkiye’s foreign policy in Central Asia, as well as prospects for interaction within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States.

During his address, Ambassador U. Ulutaş will present Türkiye’s approaches to key issues of regional cooperation, highlight the dynamics of bilateral relations, and outline the role of multilateral mechanisms in ensuring sustainable development in the region.

The event will bring together representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, the academic community, university students, and members of the mass media.
