As part of the forum's program, he met with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The parties discussed key issues related to further strengthening the Uzbek-Tajik relationship of friendship, good-neighborliness, and alliance, as well as expanding cooperation in trade and economic development, energy, industry, agriculture, and water management.

During the forum, Prime Minister Rasulzoda addressed the plenary session, emphasizing the importance of enhancing regional economic cooperation and attracting investment to support sustainable growth and long-term development.
