In his address, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized that Azerbaijan's accession to the format elevates engagement to a macro-regional level, opening up the possibility of shaping a single space of development that brings together Central Asia, the South Caucasus, and Afghanistan.

Among the key priorities identified were the strengthening of transport and digital connectivity, the establishment of a regional hub for education and innovation, joint adaptation to climate challenges, and the advancement of the humanitarian dimension and a common regional identity.
