Alongside the heads of government of the EAEU member states, Uzbekistan took part as an observer state, with its delegation led by Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov.

Addressing the meeting, Abdulla Aripov set out a series of proposals for expanding Uzbekistan’s practical engagement with EAEU countries. Among them: mutual recognition of electronic documents, the creation of a “smart” transport and customs corridor, the drafting of an industrial cooperation programme, and the establishment of a project office to support joint initiatives.
He also proposed integrating Uzbekistan’s national employment platform with the “Work Without Borders” system, developing a programme for the green transformation of industry, and broadening cooperation in tourism.
