President of Finland Alexander Stubb visited the International Institute for Central Asia.
For the first time in its history, IICA welcomed a foreign head of state.
H.E. Alexander Stubb, President of Finland, signing the Guest Book at the International Institute for Central Asia (IICA) — becoming the first foreign head of state to make a historic visit to our Institute.
In his note, President Stubb thanked IICA for the warm welcome and wrote that “foreign policy is never static — ideas always move.” Simple, yet deeply insightful words — a reminder that diplomacy is about dialogue, movement, and constant evolution.
