Uzbekistan and KOICA Sign $300mn MoU to Boost Development
Uzbekistan's Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade has signed a $300 million Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to advance digitalization, education, and climate initiatives.
The agreement includes 29 key projects and reflects growing cooperation between the two nations.
The partnership has already supported over 40 projects in education, public administration, and digitalization, with a combined value exceeding $250 million. Future collaborations will focus on regional development, infrastructure, and enhancing Uzbekistan’s export and investment policies.
