The event is organized by IICA in cooperation with the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Support Fund (Russian Federation).
The round table will focus on the current state and prospects of Uzbek-Russian cooperation in the fields of education, labour market, and migration.
Special attention will be paid to developing practical recommendations for improving personnel training mechanisms, aligning educational programs with labour market needs, and managing migration processes.
The event will bring together representatives of state bodies, the diplomatic corps, leading educational, research and analytical institutions, cultural and public organizations, as well as the business communities of both countries.
The program of the event includes three thematic sessions devoted to the development of the higher education system and the formation of human resources on the basis of branches of Russian universities, models of interaction between business and educational organizations for personnel training, as well as the role of preparatory centers as a tool for managing labor migration.
