Happy Uzbek Language Day
On October 21, 1989, the Uzbek language was granted the status of state language, and since then the day has become a symbol of national dignity and cultural continuity.
The Uzbek language carries the people’s rich history, culture, and spiritual heritage.
Today it is increasingly used in science, education, and international communication, opening Uzbekistan’s heritage to the world.
Caring for our native language and helping it flourish remains a shared responsibility to future generations.
