In this context, he underscored the importance of establishing a partnership with the Estonian School of Diplomacy—widely recognized as a leading institution for diplomatic training in Europe.
Ekke Nomm, in turn, expressed readiness to deepen cooperation with IICA, emphasizing the significance of strengthening professional and academic ties between the two institutions. He noted that Central Asia is playing an increasingly prominent role in global affairs, making engagement with regional institutions more relevant than ever.
The directors of two think tanks reaffirmed their mutual interest in implementing concrete initiatives, including research fellowships for young professionals, participation in international forums, and the co-authorship of analytical reports and publications.
