Kazakhstan and China Strengthen Anti-Crime Cooperation through Information Exchange
Kazakhstan and China have agreed to establish a new framework for information exchange aimed at combating criminal threats.
This development follows a recent meeting between law enforcement officials from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and China. The focus of the meeting was on tackling transnational crime, extremism, drug trafficking, cybercrime, and human trafficking.
Kazakh Interior Minister Yerzhan Sadenov engaged in discussions with China’s Minister of Public Security to outline strategies for enhancing security cooperation. The agreement includes regular exchanges of information and expertise to counter these high-level threats.
