Held ahead of the first official Central Asia – European Union summit, set for April 3–4 in Samarkand, the Forum will serve as a premier platform for expert dialogue between Central Asia and the EU.
The event will foster an in-depth exchange of perspectives on key issues related to interregional cooperation, enhanced dialogue and coordination between expert and business communities, and the identification of promising areas for future collaboration. Furthermore, the Forum will develop practical recommendations for deepening and expanding the partnership between Central Asia and the EU.
The agenda will cover a wide array of topics, including trade and investment, regional connectivity, technological cooperation, artificial intelligence, critical raw materials, green energy, climate change, and sustainable development.
The Forum will bring together government officials, representatives of the diplomatic corps, international organizations, and research institutions from Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Türkiye, and the United Kingdom, alongside participants from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
