Speech by Javlon Vakhabov, Director of the International Institute for Central Asia, at the Regional Conference “Central Asian Integration Amid Contemporary Global Transformations: State and Prospects”

In his speech, the Director of the International Institute of Central Asia, Javlon Vakhabov, emphasized the irreversible nature of regional consolidation in Central Asia, highlighted the key role of the Consultative Meetings of Heads of State, achievements in conflict resolution, and progress in cooperation across security, economic, environmental, transport, and cultural spheres, while calling for the institutionalization of regional interaction based on consensus and respect for national sovereignty.
